1. Data controller

The controller of your personal data is:

We process personal data in line with the Montenegrin Law on Personal Data Protection and, for travellers from the EU, the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

2. What we collect

• Booking data: name, email, phone number, pickup and drop-off addresses, stops, date and time, number of passengers and luggage, flight or train number, child seats and notes for the driver.
• Payment data: the payment method and status of the payment. Card numbers are entered only on our bank’s secure payment page; we never receive or store them.
• Partner applications: company and contact details you send through the partner or rent-a-car forms.
• Technical data: the standard data your browser sends to our hosting provider (such as IP address and browser type), used for security and to keep the site running.

3. Why we use it

We use your data to carry out your booking (legal basis: performance of a contract), to contact you about your ride, to process payments and refunds, to handle complaints, and to meet our accounting and tax obligations (legal obligation). We do not use your data for advertising and do not sell it.

4. Who receives it

• the driver or partner carrier assigned to your ride — only the details needed for the ride;
• our bank and its payment processor, for card payments;
• our website hosting provider (Netlify), which stores booking form submissions;
• address search and route services (OpenStreetMap-based Photon and OSRM), which receive the place names you type — not your name or contact details;
• Google, only if you choose a language other than English, for automatic page translation.

Some of these providers process data outside Montenegro; where this happens, it is based on appropriate safeguards required by law.

5. How long we keep it

Booking data is kept for as long as needed to provide the service and handle any complaints, and afterwards for the period required by accounting and tax regulations. Partner applications are deleted after 12 months if no cooperation begins.

6. Cookies

The website does not use advertising or tracking cookies. If you pick a language with the globe icon, a small cookie remembers your choice. During booking, your trip details are kept temporarily in your browser so they are not lost if you go to the payment page and back; they are deleted once the booking is complete.

7. Your rights

You can ask us for access to your data, correction, deletion, restriction of processing or a copy of your data, and you can object to processing. Write to us at the email address above. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Agency for Personal Data Protection and Free Access to Information of Montenegro.
